Lecrae, Canon, Derek Minor, DA T.R.U.T.H and Social Club are some internationally blazing Christian rap acts holding it down for the expansion gospel. In Zimbabwe ILL CEEY and MUDIWA among other cats are holding it down for the Kingdom of God. Bulawayo is also breaking the ground and expanding the kingdom of God through rap/hip-hop music. Yes hip-hop music.
T1NDA is another explosive rap sensation straight out the City of Kings, Bulawayo. He has just dropped a holy dope Christian Rap Album code named Freedom. The album is captivating from the start to the end; urbanculxure got the album as a gift from the humble Kingdom rapper directly during a video shoot of Mzoe7s`track “I cry”.
if you need a copy of my Debut album #Freedom they now available at $5.
And if you out of Zim the album will be available on iTunes very soon
The album cover indicates the relevant and important message in this holy master piece. A strong comic character (T1NDA) breaking through the Zimbabwean map and seeking Freedom. This 12 track album baked by Dope Nation Records, Velocity Records Zimbabwe and Touch Heaven Productions is worth to be lingering inany eardrum anytime, anywhere.
This is an album which all those who want to bump to some real Christian rap music can get, especially the youth and young ones. Tracks like “I stay in my lane” featuring Luminous will surely reveal to anyone that being young and in the Kingdom of God is a priceless blessing.
The album title track “Freedom” is self-explanatory, during the publication of this review; urban culxure was bouncing to tracks like “No Prolemo” and “Christian Rapper” which has Calvin Dat Luveve Boy on the beat. “My Demise” featuring The Boy Asaph is yet another track which sounds really real and authentic, one actually feels the emotions of the rappers when listening to it.
This album isworth it, from the intro to the outro. The variety in terms of the track concepts, language and cats featured on Freedom is also something to praise about this hardwired and well put together piece of art.It is well balanced.
Urban Culxure gives this piece of Art four stars, the reason being, and the lack of time codes or duration of the trackson the album cover sleeve and on C.D itself. We also feel the album left urbanculxure hanging.
The flavour of this album will live one pleading for more, so we feel more tracks could have been added to this masterpiece.
Urban Culxure wishes T1NDA all the best in all his endeavours .To support T1NDA, his album and music you can reach him on his Facebook page T1NDA.
