During the publication of this article I was listening to one of Farlet Ks` tracks called “Supreme”, when asked about the track this is what he had to say “Supreme was inspired by a lot of things one of them being the hype and attention we were getting at the time”.

When asked about the state of hip hop in the country the humble cat feels a lot still needs to be done. Movements, collaborations and more airplay in local radio stations are some of his suggestions to improve the current state of local hip hop.

He also lamented that the plight of local hip hop game is caused by pride and egos on the part of local rappers.Farlet K hopes to be the next big hip hop act in the world in the next coming years. “If you are doing what you love keep at it, don`t give up and don`t let anyone tell you otherwise”, were Farlet Kings` parting wise words.
