1.Her journey began when she sang in the Sunday school choir at the tender age of 7 which got her serious attention for her God given talent.
2.In 2005, she did the Soul City soundtrack auditions and ended up singing and dancing in the Chicco produced group Maubani.

3.In 2006, she was in the June 16, Youth Project that was done by the highly respected, Duma kaNdlovu and on this project she had an opportunity to share the stage with top music acts such as Judith Sephuma, TshepoTshola, Sbongile Mngoma, Arthur Mafokate and Thembisile Mntaka cementing what was already known as a legend in the making.
4.She was discovered by Thandukwazi “Demor” Sikhosana who owns Demor Music and is part of afro-pop trio group Shana along with Black Coffee and Shota.
Bucie’s life took a turn while in school studying music and bass guitar at Central Joburg College where Demor was a lecturer and like it was written in the stars that the moon will awaken their paths crossed and a “shooting star” was unleashed.
5.Turn Me On’ was the first song she wrote herself and got a chance to collaborate with the mythological DJ and producer Black Coffee. The song immediately sky rocketed and received a massive response across
the borders branching into USA and United Kingdom
