National Gallery Of Zimbabwe Bulawayo will on Friday host the premiere of Untikolotshi a play written by Nonhlalo Dube and is directed by Styx Mhlanga,. Dube wrote the play during the British Council and Royal Court Playwriting program in 2014.
The play is packed with suspense, twist and turns that will keep the viewers intrigued, entertained and glued on the stage.
The cast consists of Fortune ‘Folomani Ruzungunde of the early 2000 Amakhosi drama Sinjalo .Tsitsi Gumbo, Nomvuyiso Mabi, Greatjoy Hlatshwayo, Buhlebenkosi Maphosa, John Mabuyane and Primrose Ndlovu
The play is produced by Theatre for Everyone-Bulawayo program. Theatre for Everyone – Bulawayo’ is a monthly theatre program that intends to build up theatre audience attendance whilst a creating a marketable, sustainable and support worthy theatre industry.
This will done through introducing fresh, original and entertaining theatre plays. The plays are showcased every last Friday of the month.
