Matobo has a rich cultural heritage and was declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 2003. On the basis of the rich cultural heritage at Matopo, Amagugu International Heritage Centre will from July 31 to August 5 2017 host #MatoboFest17.
The festival promotes and celebrates the various cultural elements that make Matobo the heritage site that it is. Festival activities also in support of the new education curriculum.
