Artist:Represent Beats ft Jay Dumza, Asaph & Lee Machoney
Track: No Stress
No stress has been on a number of local playlists lately and Represent Beats says all he really wanted was to spread good vibes with the track. “If you were to hang out with me and my fellow artists from The Port, you will notice we always talk about good vibes…. So when I did this song, it was about just that..good vibes” he told Urban Culxure.
The Port is the studio that brought No Stress to life and is a collective of artists that have came together to help each other push their agendas. The track was done only 2 weeks prior to the release date and Represent Beats is still getting over how big it turned out to be among its audience.
Preparations for the video shoot are underway and only time will tell if the video lives up to the song. And how do we rate it:
This happens to be our first song review of the year and “No Stress” did not disappoint. The most fascinating thing about the track is the producer’s sense of rhythm, its really sharp. This goes with out saying that the rap lines followed the melody of the instrumentation. Honorable mention should also go to the great turnarounds in the song, well mixed and well mastered. There are traces of maturity all over this track.
HIT or FLOP? Definitely a HIT, a 3 1/2 star track that can take the industry by storm.
