It has not been a good start into the year for NkueNkala. First it was the Kalawa fiasco that had most of us laughing our lungs out to the video that was circulating on social media, portraying the dreadlocked musician humbling himself in front of the law enforcement agents. Then more serious allegations of sexual assault followed suit leaving us more perplexed on what was happening to him.
The beginning of the year has seen NkueNkala regularly visiting the courts on this issue. However on Friday the 16th of March 2018,Khuliyo, as he is affectionately known, became acquitted of the charges laid against him; and what other way can he highlight his comeback than host a Birthday Bash…
Khuliyo will this coming weekend celebrate his birthday at a function to be held at Glen Lodge in Bulawayo. The party themed “NkueKhuliyoNkala and March Babies Birthday Celebrations” will include a number of other personalities who were born in the month of March.
If you plan on attending the event don’t forget your swimming costume/trunk as its going to be a pool party. However the event is a B.O.B (Bring your Own Bottle) and this might not go down well with some stingy alcohol bingers. For his sake (and evidence of his ending bad luck streak) we hope it does not rain and he also keeps us entertained by telling us his version of what really happened on Saturday 6 January 2018 at Bulawayo Theatre.
To his friends that neglected him during his most difficult time, we are sure you are not invited, therefore save your embarrassment for a later date.
Those willing to attend the event are encouraged to bring clothing meant for donations to the less privileged. We hope this is a new chapter in his life and we beg trouble stays far away from him for the rest of 2018.
